Premium Everyday Abaya + Hijab Set - Dark Purple

I ordered the Classic Butterfly Abaya specifically because the website clearly advertised it as being made from Premium Nida fabric. However, the abaya I received is not Nida fabric and the material quality is significantly different from what was advertised.

I contacted customer service and explained that the product does not match the material stated on their website. Instead of addressing the issue, I was told that they do not offer refunds and only allow exchanges for defective items. This does not address the actual problem, which is that the product delivered does not match the advertised description.

Customers rely on accurate product descriptions when making purchases. Advertising a product as Premium Nida fabric and delivering something else is misleading. I hope the company takes responsibility for this and resolves the issue appropriately.

I have clear photos and videos of the product received and the fabric quality. If anyone considering purchasing would like to see the actual item before ordering, I am happy to share them for transparency.
