Exchange Policy
At Hijab Heaven, we want you to have a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. While we do not offer cash refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Reporting an Issue
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hijabheavenofficial@gmail.com. Unfortunately, claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are only offered for items with genuine defects, damages, or incorrect delivery.

We are unable to accommodate exchange requests due to change of mind, preference, or sizing concerns. We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully or contacting our team before placing your order if you need any clarification.
Return Process

Once your request is approved, the item must be sent back to our warehouse within 5 working days.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging for inspection.
Important Notes
Hijab Heaven reserves the right to decline an exchange if:

The request does not meet the exchange criteria, or

The item is returned after the 5 working day period, or

The product shows signs of use or is not in original packaging.
