Plain Georgette - Black

I have been a regular customer of Hijab Heaven, but on my last order they sent me wrong colors in my custom box of 6. I have tried to contact their customer service for more than 7 days without a reply or assistance. Their exchange policy says that the order must be excellent within 5 days but they don't even reply. Only 2 colors in the whole box were what I ordered, the rest were completely different. This has happened before on my previous orders but since changes were very few I hadn't bothered. This time around since 4 colors were different I had to request an exchange but I am heavily disappointed by the customer service.

I liked the abaya stuff as well as hijab stuff thanks for making my good experience

Nice fabric and pretty colours and smooth delivery. I'm fully satisfied and I'll shop again:)
